Zinc Online Water Quality Analyzer

>>Overview

This monitor operates autonomously under ‌long-term unattended continuous operation‌ based on field configurations. It is widely applicable to industrial pollutant discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial and municipal sewage treatment plants, and similar environments. Depending on on-site complexity, optional preprocessing systems can be integrated to ensure ‌reliable testing processes‌, ‌accurate results‌, and compliance with diverse operational demands.

>>Principle

The product employs the ‌spectrophotometric method‌ for zinc detection. After mixing the water sample with a conditioning agent, all forms of zinc are converted to zinc ions (Zn²⁺). In an alkaline environment and in the presence of a sensitizer, Zn²⁺ reacts with an indicator to form a ‌colored complex‌. The analyzer detects this color intensity change, converts it into zinc concentration values, and outputs the results. The amount of colored complex generated corresponds to the total zinc concentration.
