Used for real-time online monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions from industries such as petrochemical, painting, injection molding, coatings, textile, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and automobile manufacturing.
The system uses a high-temperature-resistant diaphragm pump to extract exhaust gas, which is then pre-treated for dust removal before being sent to the gas chromatograph for analysis. By combining catalytic oxidation and FID principles, it can quickly and effectively obtain monitoring data.
